Should an action become defended, we have a wealth of expertise in our litigation department to deal with any eventuality. In these circumstances, we revert to the usual client/time recorded basis. Hourly rates vary depending on the complexity of the action and the person assigned to deal with the matter. However, for defended actions less than £5,000 we quote a fixed fee for dealing with the case.
