A solicitor of 20 years standing Jonathan specialises in property work.

Jonathan has experience in all fields of property including residential, commercial and development work. His clients include one of the largest owners of residential freehold ground rents in the country. He also has experience in dealing with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions for both the landlord and the lessee. His department deals with residential  and commercial conveyancing from his base at the firm’s Finchley office and has close links with most local estate agents.
