Colin Isenberg
Solicitor: Admitted 1974; LLB (Hons) & LLM (Manchester); FCI Arb

Colin has over 30 years of legal experience.  He specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation.  In particular, starting his professional career as a conveyancer, Colin immediately understands what is involved in property and landlord and tenant disputes.  Colin also handles matrimonial work and probate and some residential conveyancing.

Colin was appointed by the Lord Chancellor in 1997 as a part-time (Deputy) District Judge -- so he is able to bring in his large experience of deciding cases as a judge to dealing with and advising clients on their matters.

Colin is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  He has been dealing with building construction litigation both in the courts and before arbitrators for over 15 years.  His clients include one of the major players in the construction industry.

Colin believes, supported by wider views expressed within the legal profession, that the litigation department punches "well above its weight" in relation to the size.

Colin combines his wide experience to offer clients a mature and balanced and commercial approach to their problems.
