Neil Shestopal

In practice as a solicitor for over 30 years, Neil specialises in property and liquor licensing work, with extensive experience in both fields.

Has acted for a major group of hotels in all their licensing work, and various small chains of restaurants, off-licenses, winebars and takeaways.

Has written extensively on the impact of the Licensing Act 2003 and given various radio interviews on the subject.

In the field property field, he is well-regarded by estate agents and has many clients giving repeat business over many years.

Clients tend to express their appreciation by delivery of spirits of which he now has a vast collection, even though he has drunk most of them!
