- Acted for the Vendors in the £2.7M Sale of Bombay Bicycle Club to Clapham House Group PLC.
- Acted for Hotel Chain Franchisee in the purchase and build of a hotel dealing with all other commercial aspects associated with setting up and running the hotel.
- Commercial
- Acted for the Pizza Franchise Company in setting up Franchise Agreements for its 23 outlets. This included regulatory advice relating to the use of vehicles, health and safety, food hygiene and employment matters.
- Acted for an Internet Company in setting up a site and advising on all commercial contracts and regulatory issues arising therefrom; also advised on protection and registration of its Intellectual Property.
