Kevin Goggin qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has been working with BACI Solicitors since 1999.  Kevin became a partner in BACI in 2007.
 
He deals principally with residential property transactions to include; the purchase and sale of both houses and flats, the purchase of an apartment or house in a new development,  re-mortgages, lease extensions and the purchase of freehold interests, transfer of equity (i.e. the transfer of a property from one party to another subject to an existing mortgage) and general advice on the covenants and conditions contained in residential leases.
 
Mr Goggin also handles commercial property transactions to include the purchase and sale of commercial premises, commercial leases of shops, offices and warehouses, procedures involving lease renewal, rent reviews, dilapidations and advice on the many obligations contained in commercial leases.
