Legal Executive: Admitted 1997; B.A. F.INST.L.EX.

After graduating in South Africa, Peter worked for a number of years in the legal department of a large insurance company. Since his arrival in England, Peter has gained over 10 years experience in debt recovery litigation whilst working for a number of West End and City law firms. He has been with Barnett Alexander Conway Ingram since November 1998.

Peter jointly manages the Debt Recovery Unit together with his colleague Terry Liston. He oversees the running of the Computerised department ensuring that things run smoothly. He supervises a team of experienced legal assistants who are fully trained on one of the top debt recovery computerised systems in the UK.

Over the years Peter has also gained a significant amount of advocacy experience in many of the courts in and around London including Central London, Clerkenwell, West London and Mayors and City County Courts.
